Strengthening of inter-project cooperation with "ProjectCHECK" (the "Hub of the EU Solutions" project)
The "European Practices in Media Education " project team participated in the "ProjectCHECK" online meeting organized on November 14, 2024, by colleagues from the "Hub of the EU Solutions" project of the National University "Ostroh Academy".
During the event, the team members participated in a productive exchange of experience and discussion of topical issues regarding the implementation of European practices in the Ukrainian educational space. Special attention was paid to the synergy of projects in the field of education and European studies.
The team of the project "European Practices in Media Education" is sincerely grateful to all the speakers of the "ProjectCHECK" online meeting for meaningful speeches and valuable exchange of experience, and first of all - the rector of the National University "Ostroh Academy" Eduard Balashov and the author of the Jean Monet Center of Excellence "Hub of the EU Solutions" Olha Balatska. Special thanks to Svitlana Shytikova, coordinator of the National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine, for the thorough presentation "From the First Step to the Result: Jean Monet's Projects as a Tool for Expanding the European Academic Space." Her expertise and practical advice on the implementation of Jean Monet projects are extremely valuable for the development of European studies researchers' initiatives in Ukraine. Thanks to Oksana Holovko-Havrysheva ("Western Ukrainian Research Center for European Studies"), Tetyana Komarova ("In-depth study of EU values and law: the Ukrainian context"), Roman Petrov ("Promoting European studies in Ukraine: the EU Center of Excellence at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy "), Olena Sviatun ("In-depth development of European studies in Ukraine: an interdisciplinary approach") for the presented experience of successful project implementation and willingness to share practical experiences.
Such meetings contribute to the strengthening of inter-project cooperation and create a platform for the exchange of successful practices between different educational initiatives. We are grateful to the team of the Jean Monet Center of Excellence "Hub of the EU Solutions" for the opportunity to join this important professional discussion and hope for further fruitful cooperation and implementation of joint initiatives for the development of European studies in Ukraine.
