Digital Learning Environment of Primary
School Teacher Training

Digital learning environment is designed for improving primary school teachers’ professional training by providing them with modern teaching tools, digital educational resources, as well as enhancing scientific and learning collaboration according to the requirements of the concept “New Ukrainian School”. The environment is developed taking into consideration the trends of digitalizing the education, demands of competency-based approach and principles of open education.

The textbook is created for comprehensive training of future primary school teachers for quality teaching of the subject “Literary Reading” of the branch “Languages and Literature” in the primary grades of the New Ukrainian school.
The modern digital learning tool is created within the project “Developing democracy education in Ukraine, Norway and Palestine” between Dragomanov University (Kyiv) and University of South-Eastern Norway.
The textbook is designed for university students to help them to look into the art of Ukraine, to understand the artistic value of the finest examples of native art, to expand the aesthetic outlook, and to develop the spirituality of pedagogical university students.
